BeefAI™ provides proprietary, modelled decision-support tools based on genetic, environmental, and observational data inputs. All outputs are predictive and comparative in nature.
The BeefAI™ Carbon Efficiency Index (CEI, 0–100) is a three-pillar composite score incorporating genetic backbone (40%), carbon behaviour model (30%), and observed paddock function (30%). Carbon Momentum status and related environmental indicators are directional management tools only.
These outputs are not carbon credits, certified emissions measurements, or compliant reporting outputs under any regulatory framework, including the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards or the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting scheme.
These outputs must not be presented as evidence of absolute emissions reductions, net-zero status, carbon neutrality, or environmental superiority without independent verification.
BeefAI™ Carbon Passports are transparency documents presenting CEI scores, carbon behaviour model outputs, and paddock function data in a structured format. They are not audit reports, compliance certificates, or regulatory filings.
The BeefAI™ carbon behaviour methodology is consistent with independent peer-reviewed field evidence from co-located eddy covariance and satellite remote sensing research (published methodology DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19130378; field evidence DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19492960). Methodology outputs are not derived from any single research dataset and remain subject to ongoing refinement.
Bull assessments, breeding recommendations, and genetic projections are based on published Estimated Breeding Values (EBVs) from BREEDPLAN/TACE and proprietary scoring algorithms. BeefAI™ relies on EBV data as published by the registering breed association and is not responsible for the accuracy of source EBV data.
Genetic performance is influenced by multiple factors including environment, management, nutrition, and biological variation. BeefAI™ does not guarantee animal performance, fertility, profitability, or environmental outcomes.
BeefAI™ uses multiple large language model engines to generate narrative summaries, recommendations, and report commentary. AI-generated content is produced by probabilistic models and may contain errors, omissions, or context-specific inaccuracies. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by the user before acting on it. BeefAI™ is not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated commentary.
Users accept full responsibility for all breeding, purchasing, management, and reporting decisions made using BeefAI™ outputs. Users must independently verify outputs and seek appropriate professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeefAI™ (ABN 23 655 277 320) is not liable for any financial, production, environmental, commercial, or reporting outcomes arising from the use of the platform.
Built for decision support, not formal carbon accounting.
